Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 1 year of active experience in the local market. You will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation to final closing, providing expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Generate and qualify leads through personal networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to advise clients on accurate property valuations and pricing strategies.
- Negotiation: Mediate and lead negotiations between parties to secure favorable terms and ensure successful deal closures.
- Transaction Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and legal teams to manage all paperwork and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a robust CRM database and build long term relationships with developers and investors.
Requirements & Qualifications
