Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for a presentable, motivated, and performance-driven Real Estate Agent with a valid RERA certification(preferred) and at least 1 year of UAE real estate experience. The candidate should have good market knowledge and basic social media marketing awareness to support property promotions and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle sales and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties

2. Generate leads through property portals, referrals, networking, and social media platforms

3. Prepare property listings, contracts, and documentation in line with RERA regulations

4. Establish new partnerships with developers to list and promote their property inventories

5. Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and laws

6. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate laws (e.g., RERA regulations)

Requirements and skills:

1. Valid RERA Certification (Preferred).

2. Minimum 1 year closure and DLD sales process experience in UAE real estate.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Professional appearance and presentable personality.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 per month
