Job Role: Sales Agent – Real Estate (Leasing & Off-Plan)

Position Title: Sales Agent

Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing (Residential & Commercial)

• Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Prepare leasing documents including Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts, and Ejari
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and property management for smooth handover
• Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations

Off-Plan Sales

• Promote and sell off-plan projects from approved developers
• Explain project details, payment plans, pricing, and expected ROI to clients
• Manage client registrations, bookings, and reservation forms
• Coordinate with developers for availability, NOCs, and SPA issuance
• Assist clients through the full sales process until unit allocation and contract signing

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Provide professional market advice based on current trends and inventory
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Attend project launches, exhibitions, and sales events when required

Sales & Reporting

• Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management
• Follow company sales procedures and ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate leasing and/or off-plan sales
• Valid UAE real estate broker card (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA documentation
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Working Conditions

• Office-based with frequent site visits and client meetings
• Working hours as per company policy and UAE labor law
