Real Estate Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our office in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their property needs, conducting market research, listing and showing properties, and managing negotiations to close deals. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining customer relationships, staying up-to-date on market trends, and ensuring transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property concepts.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service with the ability to effectively connect with clients.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Fluency in English, is required; additional languages like Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish are a plus.
