Real Estate Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end property transactions while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for residential, commercial, off-plan, and secondary market properties
• Advise clients on property values, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and leasing agreements
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to property transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords
• List properties accurately on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and company CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, and management) to close deals efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
