Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.

This is a commission-based role designed for agents who are confident in their ability to close deals and want to maximize their earnings.

Compensation & Benefits

• 70% commission on closed deals

Responsibilities

• Selling and leasing residential and off-plan properties

• Handling client inquiries and property viewings

• Managing leads provided by the company and self-generated clients

• Negotiating and closing deals

• Coordinating with developers, clients, and internal teams

• Maintaining accurate client and transaction records

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and close transactions

• Professional attitude and result-driven mindset

• Speaking more than one language is an advantage
