About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Whether you thrive on the fast-paced turnover of Leasing, the relationship-building of Secondary Sales, or the high-stakes excitement of Off-plan launches, we provide the platform for you to succeed across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing: Manage the full rental cycle, from listing properties and conducting viewings to tenant screening and contract signing.
  • Secondary Sales: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, providing expert market advice and negotiating deals to closure.
  • Off-Plan Sales: Stay ahead of market trends and developer launches to advise investors on the best off-plan opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new listings and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, providing a "white-glove" service that leads to referrals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
