Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and market expertise.

This role is ideal for confident professionals who thrive in a commission-based environment and are eager to grow within a fast-paced brokerage .

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Manage property listings and client portfolios
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• UAE driving license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
