Mandatory Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)

• Minimum 6 months to 4 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
• Proven experience in off-plan sales, secondary sales, and/or leasing
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, off-plan launches, payment plans, ROI, and investment properties
• Excellent English communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Strong closing mindset with a target-driven attitude
• Comfortable handling buyer leads, investor leads, and follow-ups
• Active on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, reels, property marketing, personal branding)
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert daily Marketing off-plan buyer and investor leads
• Promote and sell new off-plan launches, pre-launch projects, and ready properties
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, developer presentations, and virtual tours
• Advise clients on payment plans, capital appreciation, rental yield, and investment strategies
• Manage CRM, follow-ups, and full sales pipeline from lead to closing
• Close property transactions and ensure smooth documentation process
• Build long-term relationships with end users, investors, and international clients
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
