Real Estate Agent

We are looking for motivated and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and closing property sales and rentals while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on property leads (sales & rentals)
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Update property listings on portals and CRM systems
• Stay updated with market trends, prices, and regulations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently on commission basis
• Valid Real Estate License (if applicable)
• Own car and driving license is a plus
