Role Overview
We are looking for motivated, client-centric Real Estate Agents to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for property advisory. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing end-to-end client engagement, and closing deals in both off-plan and ready properties.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage real estate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, digital platforms, and events.
Understand and qualify client requirements (investment goals, budgets, timelines, preferences).
Present suitable property options — off-plan and secondary — matching client objectives.
Conduct property site visits and virtual tours for clients.
Negotiate with developers, brokers, and clients to secure optimal terms.
Track market trends, price movements, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales activity to management.
Provide clients with market insights, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment analysis.
Facilitate documentation, booking process, and closing procedures.
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred).
UAE real estate license (RERA certification) is a plus.
Strong understanding of Dubai property market, key locations, and project dynamics.
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.
Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic) are an advantage.
