Square Yards is a leading global real estate brokerage and advisory firm, offering property solutions across residential, commercial, and investment segments. In the UAE, the company focuses on primary and secondary market sales, off-plan projects, and investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided data
  • Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and preferences
  • Present and promote off-plan and ready properties to buyers and investors
  • Arrange property viewings and site visits
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and developers/sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and trends
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai / UAE property laws and RERA regulations
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
