Real Estate Agent – UAE (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Generate and manage property leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing platforms.
- Handle sales and leasing of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
- Conduct property viewings and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
- Understand and comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
- Register and manage listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Coordinate with developers and landlords for availability, pricing, and approvals.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients until closure.
- Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, and transaction records.
- Update CRM regularly with client interactions, meetings, and deal progress.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Attend developer briefings, site visits, and open house events.
- Maintain professional conduct, dress code, and ethical standards.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Report daily activities, meetings, and closures to the Team Leader or Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
