Role Overview

We are currently looking for dedicated Primary and Secondary Market Agents to join our Business Bay office. In this role, you will offer expert guidance to tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers, helping clients find their ideal homes or investment opportunities while supporting property owners in achieving reliable, high-value returns. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY ROLE.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the buying, selling,leasing and investing of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to drive leads and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and viewings, presenting property features clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate sales contracts, lease agreements, terms, and conditions with transparency and accuracy.
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures to ensure seamless transactions.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate trends , pricing, and competitor activity to offer informed advice.
• Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and leasing process.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance and effective property promotion.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven Sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion and drive.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in contract discussions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market.
• Customer-focused, organized, and reliable.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, confidence, and competitiveness.
