Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and passionate about helping clients find the perfect property. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, calls, and online platforms
• Present and sell off-plan and ready properties to potential clients
• Conduct property tours and handle client inquiries
• Negotiate prices, terms, and deals between buyer and seller
• Maintain and update property listings
• Prepare necessary documentation and follow company processes
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors

Requirements

• Previous experience in Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and sales ability
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
