Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our real estate sales division in Ajman. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, strengthen team performance, and play a key strategic role in expanding our presence within the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure both team and individual targets are consistently achieved
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase conversion rates and overall revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Property Consultants to enhance productivity and closing performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of five or more consultants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed salary between AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
