LADIES-BUSINESS DEVELOPMET MANAGER-OUTDOORS SALES with UAE D/L

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification: Research markets, identify trends, and find new clients or business ventures for the company to pursue.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
• Strategy & Planning: Create and execute business development strategies to expand market reach, increase sales, and meet growth objectives.
• Deal Negotiation & Closure: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate requirements to close new business deals and partnerships.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, create presentations, and align efforts to achieve sales targets.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare financial projections, monitor sales progress, and track business-related invoices to ensure corporate goals are met.
• Training & Mentoring: Train junior sales professionals and team members to improve their skills and help them meet sales expectations.
• Market Presence: Attend industry events and conferences to network and enhance the company's reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Proven sales records and experience in managing customer relationships are essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial techniques to improve sales revenue and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a must.
• Leadership & Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills to guide teams and manage initiatives effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
