Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive for our General Trading retail store in Ajman. The role focuses on assisting walk-in customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a professional and engaging shopping experience inside the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
  • Present, explain, and demonstrate products clearly and confidently.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs assigned by management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related items to increase overall sales value.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are accurately entered into the POS system.
  • Maintain proper product display, pricing labels, and showroom organization.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm stock availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, basic complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Follow company pricing policies and discount rules strictly.
  • Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in retail or indoor sales in the UAE.
  • Experience in electronics, home appliances or general trading preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven with a confident and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing processes.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
