Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive for our General Trading retail store in Ajman. The role focuses on assisting walk-in customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a professional and engaging shopping experience inside the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Present, explain, and demonstrate products clearly and confidently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs assigned by management.
- Upsell and cross-sell related items to increase overall sales value.
- Ensure all sales transactions are accurately entered into the POS system.
- Maintain proper product display, pricing labels, and showroom organization.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, basic complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Follow company pricing policies and discount rules strictly.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in retail or indoor sales in the UAE.
- Experience in electronics, home appliances or general trading preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with a confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing processes.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
