Your Mission

As a Real Estate Broker at ETAGI, you will be a trusted advisor to international clients and a key driver of high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Organize and conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Prepare, manage, and close real estate transaction documentation
• Maintain and develop client and property databases in our CRM system
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and international promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations
• Ability to thrive in a highly competitive, commission-driven environment
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) (Additional languages are a major plus)
