Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
• Stay informed on local market trends and property values
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
