Role Objective

BSM Property is a premier Property Management and Real Estate Advisory firm. We are looking for sophisticated real estate agents who go beyond simple transactions to provide comprehensive asset management solutions. You will be responsible for building a high-yield portfolio, converting company leads, and acting as a trusted advisor for landlords and investors in Dubai’s premier neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

• 360° Asset Advisory: Guide clients through the entire property lifecycle—from acquisition and leasing to long-term property management and eventual resale.
• Lead Conversion & Listing: Proactively manage high-quality leads and maintain a premium portfolio of listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Landlord Representation: Act as the bridge between owners and the market, pitching our Property Management services to ensure hassle-free returns for landlords.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research to provide investors with data-backed advice on rental yields, service charges, and capital appreciation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all documentation (Forms A, B, and F) and tenant/landlord contracts in full accordance with RERA and DLD standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Dubai real estate sales or leasing.
• Credentials: Valid RERA Broker Card (or eligibility to obtain one) and a UAE Driving License with a personal vehicle (preferable).

· Linguistic Mastery: Native or Advanced English (Written & Verbal) is mandatory. You must be comfortable drafting formal contracts and negotiating with corporate entities.

• Tech Proficiency: Mastery of real estate CRMs (Bitrix/PACT) and digital marketing tools.
• Attributes: A consultative "problem-solver" mindset with exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
