Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property sales, rentals, and management. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting clients throughout the property process, and driving sales and rentals to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate property sales and rental transactions
• Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market to clients
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
• Manage property listings and ensure they are accurate and up to date
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property owners
• Conduct property viewings and follow-up with clients
• Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or rentals
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet targets
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
