1. Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations (Off Plan / Secondary / Leasing & Property Management)
- Work with company-provided leads, follow up with clients, arrange viewings, and close deals.
- Find and attract new clients who want to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, providing advice on prices, investments, and market trends.
- List properties on main real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) and keep all listings updated.
- Attend all meetings, training sessions, and company events scheduled by the company as part of regular workflow.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and commitment to achieving personal and company sales targets.
2. Work Discipline
- The employee’s total working day is 9 hours, including both office work and external meetings.
- The employee must be present in the office for at least 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. In cases where more time is needed for viewings or off-site appointments, prior notice to the management is expected.
- The remaining 4 hours are dedicated to client meetings, property viewings, and fieldwork.
- Attend a minimum of 10 trainings or briefings per month.
- Use only the company phone and WhatsApp for client communication.
- Keep CRM fully updated with no overdue tasks and correct deal stages.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
