SRJ Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in off-plan sales, secondary market, leasing, and investment advisory. As part of our international expansion strategy, we are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and multilingual Real Estate Agents to join our growing team and serve our international clientele.

We are especially interested in candidates fluent in Chinese, German, or Russian, while all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing property transactions, building strong client relationships, and closing deals while representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Handle inquiries from international investors and overseas clients
  • Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client presentations
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with clients
  • Provide Dubai real estate market insights and investment guidance
  • Coordinate with developers and property owners
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Update CRM system and maintain accurate client records
  • Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese, German, or Russian is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Professional presentation and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with strong closing ability
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
