Real Estate Sales Agent – Abu Dhabi

Own visa (mandatory).

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Assist potential buyers on how to best promote and market their properties to attract competitive offers.
• Provide accurate information regarding property guidelines, rates, specifications, and availability.
• Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers, ensuring transparency and a fair exchange of information.
• Evaluate property values by conducting market research and reviewing past transactions.
• Present properties to prospective buyers and address their questions or concerns.
• Generate and maintain updated lists of available properties for sale.
• Stay informed about market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Own visa (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent OR 2 years experience in banking or outdoor sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
• Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Commission
