EGRE Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently based in Dubai who are looking to start or advance their career in real estate.

We are seeking driven, target-oriented professionals who are eager to maximise their earning potential within a supportive and ambitious brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing process from lead generation through to closing
• Source new listings through cold calling, networking, and database management
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Advertise and manage property listings on major portals
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and community knowledge

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
