Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities
- Manage property listings and conduct property viewings
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Prepare and review real estate documents (Form A, B, F, contracts, offers)
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department requirements
- Stay updated on Dubai communities, pricing trends, and market changes
- Promote properties through social media and online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with all leads
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- RERA certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive attitude, high energy, and target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED500,000.00 per month
