Real Estate Agent

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant with at least 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai property projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close property sales with local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and off-plan properties in Dubai.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

Conduct property presentations, viewings, and project briefings with potential buyers.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and property buyers.

Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Use CRM systems to manage client data, leads, and sales activities.

Provide professional guidance to clients regarding investment opportunities in Dubai real estate.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory).

Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Strong networking and client relationship skills.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with major Dubai developers.

Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle.

Strong presentation and communication skills.
