Off-Plan Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent (Square Yards UAE)

Role Summary

You work as a sales-focused real estate agent specializing in off-plan properties (new projects from developers).
Your main goal is to generate leads, advise investors, and close deals on new property launches.

Key Responsibilities1. Sell Off-Plan Properties

  • Promote and sell properties from top UAE developers
  • Explain project details, payment plans, and ROI
  • Handle both local and international investors

2. Lead Generation

  • Find clients through:
  • Cold calling
  • Social media
  • Property portals
  • Referrals and networking
  • Build your own client pipeline/database

3. Client Consultation

  • Understand client needs (investment vs end-use)
  • Advise on:
  • Best projects
  • Market trends
  • Returns and risks
  • Maintain long-term relationships

4. Presentations & Site Visits

  • Conduct:
  • Property presentations
  • Developer meetings
  • Site visits and tours
  • Pitch projects professionally to close deals

5. Deal Closing & Targets

  • Negotiate and finalize property sales
  • Achieve:
  • Monthly targets
  • Quarterly sales goals
  • Example expectation: at least 1 off-plan deal per month

6. Developer & Market Coordination

  • Build relationships with developers
  • Stay updated on:
  • New launches
  • Prices and payment plans
  • Competitor activity

7. CRM & Admin Work

  • Update CRM with:
  • Leads
  • Follow-ups
  • Sales progress
  • Handle documentation and deal tracking

Requirements

  • 6 months – 2+ years UAE real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
  • Target-driven, self-motivated personality
  • Good communication (English required; other languages a plus)

Salary & Commission

  • Basic salary: approx. AED 4,000 – 12,000
  • High commission on each deal
  • Bonuses and incentives for targets
  • Higher commission for off-plan sales
