Responsibilities

• Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses. Flex Opportunities - Offering Full Time and Part Time Roles
• Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
• Proactive Client Follow Ups
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
• Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
• Master time blocking

Qualifications

Real estate experience not required; must have or be in the process of obtaining a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.

• Key skills: Highly driven to succeed, Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
