Urban Frame Real Estate L.L.C is looking for ambitious real estate agents to join our team in the heart of Dubai. You will be responsible for managing company-provided leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering professional real estate consultancy services.

Commission

50% on company-provided leads

70% on self-sourced clients

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday off

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus

Sales experience and real estate experience are strong advantages

Ambitious and target-driven personality

Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
