Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate team. This role is commission-based only, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Market, sell, and lease residential and/or commercial properties.

Identify and engage potential clients and understand their real estate needs.

Arrange and conduct property viewings.

Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with clients.

Close real estate transactions and follow up until completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records of listings and client information.

Comply with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently on a commission-only basis.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Proficiency in using phones, emails, and social media platforms.

Real estate license is an advantage (if applicable).
