Buyer’s Agent Opportunity – San Diego

I'm looking for one motivated agent to join a growing, opportunity-driven team.

You’ll be working directly with a top-producing local agent launching a new boutique brokerage shortly. This is a unique chance to get in early, learn the business the right way, and grow with something being built from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with active buyers and showing homes
• Managing follow-up through calls, text, and CRM
• Writing and negotiating offers
• Hosting open houses as part of lead generation
• Turning opportunities into closed transactions

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed agent
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable on the phone
• Coachable, accountable, and driven
• Wants to earn, not just “stay busy”

(Some experience is preferred, but mindset and work ethic matter more than a specific resume.)

Compensation:

• Commission-based
• Real opportunity to close deals and grow income
• No ceiling
