Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. This is a high-commission role ideal for experienced agents as well as ambitious professionals who are confident in closing deals and building strong client relationships.

- Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online portals
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

- Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
• Knowledge of property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is a plus
• RERA certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
