EGRE Real Estate is expanding and we are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for agents with a minimum of 6 months experience in the Dubai real estate market who are motivated, target driven, and ready to maximise their earning potential within a supportive and ambitious brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing process from lead generation to closing
• Source new listings through cold calling, networking, and database management
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Advertise and manage listings on major property portals
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and community knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven, self motivated, and professional
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
