Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales and rentals, sourcing prospective clients, conducting property showings and site visits, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary sales documentation. Additionally, the agent will provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintain market knowledge, and ensure a professional and transparent relationship with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of UAE markets
• Proficient in Sales and negotiation techniques
• Strong Customer Service skills and client-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is a plus
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly advantageous
