Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in property sales, leasing, or telesales. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within Dubai’s highly competitive real estate market. Full support, quality leads, and strong marketing assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company-provided leads and client inquiries

• Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings

• Promote both off-plan and ready properties

• Negotiate deals and successfully close sales and rentals

• Meet monthly performance and target objectives

• Stay informed about market developments and pricing trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate or sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• UAE driving license is preferred
