• Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven track record of closed deals (not just listings)
• Strong understanding of Dubai resale market
• Confident in negotiation and client handling
• Hungry, disciplined, and serious about making money
• Agents who take ownership — not excuses
