Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a professional and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will help our clients in buying and selling properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current market trends and conditions
• Manage a portfolio of clients and properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, and industry professionals
• Negotiate and finalize real estate deals on behalf of clients

Requirements:

3 months or more of experience in selling homes

a successful track record in selling homes

Excellent interpersonal and negotiating abilities

Ability to establish and sustain connections with customers, fellow agents, and business professionals

exceptional planning and time-management abilities

understanding of regional real estate trends
