Role: Real Estate Broker (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)

We are looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an on-site, full-time role suited for individuals who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors

Promote and sell off-plan and secondary properties across Dubai

Conduct property viewings and client consultations

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels

Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions

Stay updated on market trends and new project launches

Requirements

6-12 months of real estate experience in Dubai preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
