Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide clients through property buying, selling, and renting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities.
• Follow up with clients and maintain updated records.
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends and property values.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for property promotions.
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
