Desired candidate profile
- Gender: Female Only
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in the Dubai secondary market (required).
- Education & Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Market Intelligence: A deep, current understanding of local property values, community trends, and the legalities of secondary transfers.
- Network: Must have an existing portfolio of inventory and a solid database of potential buyers/sellers.
Compensation
- Structure: This role provides a basic monthly allowance to support your initial transition, paired with a high commission split designed for top-tier consultants.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
