Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals and marketing activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
