Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients interested in buying or investing in properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively handling objections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales performance.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Additional Requirement:
- Must be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or be willing to relocate before joining.
