Real Estate Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle rental property listings and client inquiries
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate rental deals between landlords and tenants
• Maintain updated property listings
• Build strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Coordinate smoothly with landlords, tenants, and internal team
• Work to achieve monthly rental targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate (rental market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Doha property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Qatar ID (preferred)
• Driving license is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Compensation:

• Commission-based only (No fixed salary)
• High earning potential based on performance
• Attractive commission structure on every closed deal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in property portals and listing platforms
• Social media marketing for property promotion
• CRM or lead management experience

Pay: QAR500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
