Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Assist clients in identifying suitable residential and commercial property options
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients during viewings
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth property transactions between parties
• Update property information and maintain accurate client records
• Stay informed about market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities across Ajman

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Sales experience is an advantage; real estate experience is beneficial but not essential
• Professional appearance and commitment to excellent customer service
