Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties, with a focus on premium and off-plan developments. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and pricing, and preparing and reviewing sales or lease agreements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with local regulations, and timely transaction completion. The Real Estate Agent will maintain an up-to-date property portfolio, participate in marketing activities, and provide ongoing client support to foster long-term relationships and referrals.

Qualifications


  • Licensed Real Estate Professional based in Abu Dhabi, with strong expertise in UAE real property regulations, transaction procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is a must.
  • Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi property markets and willingness to keep current with market trends and developments.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software to manage listings and client data.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
