Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and prospective clients.

Negotiate offers and successfully close real estate transactions.

Stay informed about market trends, property availability, and industry developments.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
