Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and investment processes. Responsibilities include identifying and showcasing suitable properties, fostering strong client relationships, negotiating property deals, maintaining current knowledge of market trends, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The candidate should possess excellent sales and communication skills to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.(Indian and Filipino real estate agents)

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Experience and proven skills in Sales, negotiation, and closing deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a competitive real estate market
• Proficiency in the UAE property market is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
