We're hiring 25 agents to handle a wave of new launches across Dubai South, Meydan, Dubai Creek, Dubai Island, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi, plus secondary-market specialists for Palm Jumeirah, Jebel Ali Palm.

How we work:

• Your investor book is yours. No internal handoffs, no senior agents reassigning your relationships. The clients you bring stay with you for the long term.
• No clock-watching, no 9-to-5. You manage your schedule. We judge on deals closed, not hours logged. Your investors live across global time zones; we expect availability that matches your book, not a desk you sit at.
• Paperwork is off your plate. A 10-year-experienced admin team owns every transaction's documentation end-to-end.
• Comp is fast and fair. 50/50 minimum on company leads, paid within 48 hours of the developer payout. Higher splits when you bring your own track record. Performance-based step-ups. No base, no draw, no caps.
• Specialist tracks, not generalist sprawl. You go deep in your patch (an area for secondary, a developer for off-plan, or a hybrid book if that's how you operate). We don't push you off your specialty to chase commission.
• The infrastructure works. UAE visa sponsorship, medical insurance, phone, laptop, full marketing support. RERA exam sponsored if you need it.

Who fits:

• 1-2 years in Dubai real estate, or comparable high-trust B2C sales (luxury, hospitality, automotive)
• A relationship-builder, not a transaction-chaser. Agents who think long-term, same client, same family, multiple deals over years, outperform the deal-grinders here by a wide margin.
• Calm under pressure. Negotiations move fast in Dubai; the agents who keep their composure win deals others lose.
• Hungry, but with a concrete plan. We want a sentence about the next three deals you'd target and why.
• Lead response inside 15-30 minutes. Non-negotiable. Speed is the single largest competitive advantage in this market.
• Manners and integrity. Listens first, speaks second. Honest about misses. No discrimination on religion, nationality, or background. Zero tolerance.
